Few tens of drivers, who intentionally horned and drove at very slow rate of 5 km/h, causing a hold-up in traffic, got penalized. Participants say it is meeting against prime minister Andrus Ansip. Russian speaking people got SMS messages asking them to take part of this kind of gathering. It is direct provocation for violation of traffic law. There were one accident: Volkswagen Golf and bus ran against each other and co-driver in the Volkswagen were injured and taken to the hospital.
